Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Cost

Standard shipping is free and included in the price. Any tracked upgrade is shown at checkout before you pay.

Production time

Each card is laser-engraved to order. After checkout we email your portrait proof, and production normally takes 7–14 business days before your order ships.

Delivery

Carrier transit time is on top of production. These are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside our control. When your order ships you receive an email with its tracking number.

Lost or late orders

If your order has not arrived after the full estimate above, email support@thetva.co with your order number and we will replace or refund it.
