Not an official product

This is an unofficial, fan-made prop replica produced by independent makers. The TVA is not affiliated with, authorised by, licensed by, or endorsed by Marvel, Marvel Studios, or The Walt Disney Company, and no such affiliation is claimed or implied. All referenced names and marks belong to their respective owners.

What you are buying

A personalised replica calling card in anodized aluminium, credit-card format, 0.43 mm thick, laser-engraved with a stylised portrait generated from a photograph you supply and a designation number you choose. It is a collectible display item. It is not an identity document, a payment card, or a functional communication device of any kind.

The photo you upload

By uploading a photograph you confirm that you own it or otherwise have the right to use it; that everyone identifiable in it has agreed to it being used this way; that it is not a photograph of a child; and that it does not infringe anyone's rights and is not unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit. We may decline or cancel any order where the uploaded image breaches the above, and will refund it in full. We may also decline engraved text that is unlawful or abusive.

The portrait is generated automatically and stylised by design. It is an interpretation of your photograph, not a reproduction of it. Dissatisfaction with the artistic style alone is covered by the money-back guarantee in our Refund policy, but is not a manufacturing fault.

Proof and approval

After you order we email your portrait proof. If something is wrong, reply to that email before the card is engraved and we will re-run it. Once a card has been engraved it cannot be altered.

Production and delivery

Each card is engraved to order. Production normally takes 7–14 business days, and shipping time is on top of that. These are estimates, not guarantees. We currently ship within the United States only, and standard shipping is included in the price. See our Shipping policy.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include standard shipping. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify; we never see or store your card details. Where a multi-card set is shown alongside a higher figure, that figure is the cost of buying the same number of cards individually at the current single-card price — it is not a former or recommended retail price.

If something is wrong

Damaged, defective, or incorrectly engraved cards are replaced or refunded, as set out in our Refund policy. Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Any statutory consumer rights you have apply in addition to these terms and are not displaced by them.
