How long will my jersey take to arrive?
Every jersey is made to order. Production takes up to 5 business days and total delivery within the United States takes 7β15 business days from your order date. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum and no code needed. We currently ship within the United States only.
What size should I order?
Sizes run men's Sβ5XL, women's XSβ2XL and youth SβXL; the range depends on the sport. Measure a jersey you already own and compare it with the size chart on the product page and the Size Guide. Because every item is made to order, we cannot exchange a size for a change of mind.
Can I put my own name and number on a jersey?
Yes β shop the Custom Jerseys collection and enter the name and number you want. Personalised jerseys are made to order, so we cannot take them back for a change of mind. If the jersey arrives defective or damaged, or the name or number differs from what you entered, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it.
Can I return or exchange a jersey?
Every jersey is made to order, so there are no returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If an item arrives defective, damaged or wrong, or is confirmed lost in transit, email support@kickoffrow.shop within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund it. An order can be cancelled only before production starts. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5β10 business days.
Are these official league jerseys?
No. These jerseys are not produced or endorsed by any league, team or player; their names are used only to describe the style of jersey.
