Returns & Refunds

Every jersey is made to order: it is produced for you after your order is placed, and we do not hold finished stock. For that reason there are no returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

If something is wrong with your order you are covered for 30 days from delivery — see below.

Report the problem within 30 days of delivery. We will replace the item or refund you if it is:

• Defective — a print or stitching flaw, faulty fabric or another manufacturing defect
• Wrong — a different product, size or colour from the one you ordered, because of our error
• Damaged — torn, broken or unusable when it arrived
• Lost — confirmed as lost by the carrier

Email support@kickoffrow.shop with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We reply within two business days. In most cases we do not need the item back, so please do not send anything until we ask for it.

• Change of mind, or no longer wanting the item
• A size or colour that matches your order — please check the Size Guide and the size chart on the product page first
• A name or number on a personalised jersey that matches what you entered at checkout
• Normal made-to-order variation, such as a slight colour difference between screen and fabric or small differences in print placement
• Used, worn or washed items
• Claims made more than 30 days after delivery, or without clear photos

Cancellations: an order can be cancelled only before production starts. Email us straight away with your order number.

Exchanges: we do not exchange items. If you need a different size or style, place a new order.

Refund timeline: approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval; your bank or card issuer controls how soon it then appears.
